As part of the central strategy of CEMSOJ to assist the marginalized communities for their socio-economic empowerment at community levels and human rights advocacy at all levels – to be undertaken concurrently, we provide support for socio-economic empowerment to the marginalized communities in most need. The communities facing challenges to their human rights are to receive such support, which is based on the needs and opportunities identified by the communities themselves.
